Prior to installation please inspect your order immediately to be sure everything is correct – year, make, model, color, material, etc. We offer the highest quality product available in the U.S. today. You will have 30 days from date of delivery to remedy any problem regarding a material defect or workmanship.
Upholstery items are custom orders and may be returned only if we have made a mistake with the order. Partial set orders are non-returnable but will have full warranty. We strongly encourage you to request fabric samples for your upholstery item. This will ensure that you are ordering the correct color and fabric. No items are returnable once installation has been attempted. Returns are only accepted for an error on our part regarding the color and fabric and for material defect or a workmanship problem. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Returns will be treated as exchanges and a new item will be ordered when the returned item has been inspected. If an item is accepted for return there will be a 20% restocking fee.
If you need to make a return please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will give you an RGR number for your order. A return address will also be furnished at that time. No returns will be accepted without first receiving this authorization from us. We will give you a Returned Goods Request (RGR) number that will be associated with your return. That RGR number must be clearly marked on the front of the package and we will issue a UPS call tag to pick up the merchandise.

No items will be returnable once installation has been attempted. No items will be accepted for return or exchange if they have been used, cut, trimmed, glued, altered or damaged during installation. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that they received the correct product before installing it. Dash caps ordered incorrectly may be accepted for refund or exchange after they have been returned and inspected. Painted dash caps are non-returnable. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all items returned for any reason other than shipping or warranty issues. Items accepted for return must be returned in original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.
Returns must receive a return authorization from us - please contact us and we will furnish that number for you so your account can be correctly credited. Shipping charges are not refundable. If it is our error we will pay all return shipping expense. Any returns that do not meet our requirements will be refused and the customer will bear all costs for return shipping. If you had free shipping included all actual shipping expenses will be the customer's responsbility. If an item is returned because it was refused or undeliverable there will be a 30% resocking fee applied plus shipping expenses.
